Growth & Strategic Partnerships Manager (f/m/d) at trawa

We are seeking a strong communicator and motivated Growth & Strategic Partnerships Manager to strengthen the team at trawa. The selected candidate will be the driving force behind new partnerships that will enable the company to bring its products and services to even more companies, thus helping them master the challenges of the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and manages strategic partnerships that align with trawa's growth objectives based on clear customer benefit and corresponding KPIs.
• Works closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and software development, to develop and implement the right strategies for meaningful partnerships.
• Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and business impact.
• Act as a bridge between trawa and external partners and promote mutually beneficial relationships.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive environment to make strategic decisions.
